one gripe is when I right click a folder, "play in winamp" option is not there, can you add this to your next ver if possible?

your gripe is solved as simply as this, within the program go to:

Options/Preferences/File Types

then place a check in the box for "Show Winamp in folder context..."

It is unchecked by default because my gripe is to many applications

place themselves into the context menu without your approval.

Thankfully, winamp gives the user the option.

I was suprised to see the medialibrary is back to your installer?

But i was thinking. Someone told me winamp could be installed with i believe /QN (i have to ask it again). So if i download the winamp lite and install it with /ON, what is the difference then between your lite installer and this one except the switches and progressbar and the modernskin (this skin could be added after the install).

The other difference are....?

The settings are set in winamp.ini, inside the installation folder.

The person asking has a few options,

- Copy his own winamp.ini overwriting the installed one

- Repackage the installer i provided with his own winamp.ini

I have no idea of the differences, i have never installed the lite version.

I dont personally use winamp, i created this for others.

Shark, you have posted several 5.2 betas in THIS thread, wouldnt be nice if you tell HERE you have opened another thread for the 5.2? I have found this by clicking your name and search all post created by this user.
