Bezalel Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 KB article 314960 has a very short list of standard fonts.• Courier New (TrueType, including Bold, Italic, and Bold Italic variations) • Arial (TrueType, including Bold, Italic, and Bold Italic variations) • Times New Roman (TrueType, including Bold, Italic, and Bold Italic variations) • Symbol (TrueType) • Wingdings (TrueType) • MS Serif • MS Sans Serif My guess is that the rest are removable. Rambler Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 I was testing this recently (had a font collision with one app) - at one point I deleted all the .ttf fonts. After rebooting Windows worked just fine - it also recreated some of those .ttf automatically.I can't give you the list though, as I've not written it down.But it's a simple enough test to perform.
