Unattended Windows XP install with Office and Various other programmes

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create an unintended Windows XP install with everything I want - so Office, and various other programmes - winamp, VLC player, alcohol, db power amp, etc...

Anyway, I've come to a bit of a deadend really.

I've got nLite, and I've used that to add SP2 and various other hot fixes to my install disc, and delete bits I don't want, etc. So, now I've got a fairly small ISO of my windows.

Then, I've got the office "custom installation wizard" thing... which seems pretty impressive. I've been following the guide here:

But at the end, I'm a bit stuck. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where do I put the batch command? And, also, how do I merge my Office 2003 install files with my Windows XP ISO. I have Magic ISO, but I'm fairly stumped on how to put them all together. Added to that, how do I go about installing things like Winamp as well?

Sorry if that's a lot of questions, and thanks for your time guys.
