for what os? And how do you want to do it? because your asking too general a question. like does it already have an os Installed? new hard drive your trying to format? Because on xp and 2000 you can use the cd it's self to partition. or you can try partition magic.

sry i wasent very cleer, i want to partision my docs and settings folder into its own partision and leave everything else alone. and i'm running win xp
