I've been using netlimiter v1.30 for ages and its a great product, esp useful if you up loading or downloading an large file that is take all the bandwidth. You can throttle it to give yourself 10Kbps or so of bandwidth for surfing :)

I've been using netlimiter for a long time. Upgraded to version 2 and it worked perfect until yesterday.

I noticed it had stopped limiting uploads, then when trying to click on the limit checkbox, it says Operation Failed, Accès Refusé.

What's wrong? Tried uninstalling it, deleting the folder etc. still make the same error. Now how can I fix this or what other solution do I have?
