some body can guide me to write scripting for restore the windows .lnk icon from specify folder?

and delete all the old icon on deskstop

i wish the scripting is run the windows startup so that i can restore all the shortcut every time i start up windows automatically

I wish to learn about making a .bat file, so that my windows will auto exe my scripted file.bat everytimes the windows startup.

i wish to learn about how to program the script
