2 questions 1 regarding outlook express shortcut and second version in

1. Is there a way to prevent the outlook express shortcut from being created when a new user logs onto the machine?

2. The version information that gets painted on the desktop when you set that value in the registry, is there a way to customize this information.

3. I turn off system restore via system properties, prior to sysprepping but after the machine is sysprepped and ghosted onto another machine system restore is back on, is there a way to keep system restore off.
