Use the /cmdcons switch.

you need to use this command

<pathtocdrom>\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons /unattend

I used install via runonceex at the end so all else was done first and you need to ensure you leave the i386\winntupg folder on your unattended one and you should be fine

You need WIN9XUPG + COMPDATA folder

unless somethings changed I don't know about. Which happens cause MikeySoft don't pay me consultation fee's so they on their own.
