A long time ago I heard of a program that can be used to emulate the mouse and keyboard, theoretically used to install programs. Here's my situation. My computer has an OEM restore disk. Fine, I'll use it without dealing with the Unattended thing. But I want to make a DVD with all my other programs that would install at my leisure (basically autorun.) Among the programs would be office 2003, Adobe 7.0, spybot, etc. It's really for my dad, so it must be as simple as poppng it in. I prefer not to deal with scripts, just click and type. Thanks all!

AutoIt Macro Generator is included with Scite4AutoIt3. Download and install it. Open the editor, then look in Tools, in the Toolbar. AutoIt Macro Generator will record program installation and will output the script back to Scite4AutoIt3. :)

And why not Autohotkey ?

:blushing:

I'm using it and the AutoScriptWriter does its job perfectly.

There's just one thing, or rather two:

-Don't use mouse because, it is dependant on the screen resolution; use Alt+X

-After each Alt+X, don't forget to remove your finger from the any key, otherwise, it could be annoying when changing install page

(this probably also applies to AutoIt)
