Dos anybudy have the same router i have

hi, i have a USR router, i been trying too figure out why that is disconnecting or my cable modem.

here is the things i did to try out

assign static ip, put the default internet gateway, DNS servers.

also this router has DHCP built in to this.

i also went to usr.com, find the user manual there nothing helped there also

router company's give to litte information.

this router also supports Upnp i have that installed too.

when my brother and i connect to the router and open a port in virtual server on that. the router, modem disconnect me and him.

did some1 here have the same problem as me here?

please relay asap thank you. i need help on this
