I have a registry file that contains, among other things, the following:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections]
"DefaultConnectionSettings"=hex:\
3C,00,00,00,29,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
00,00

For some reason this registry key causes an issue with an application I am using that uses WinInet to FTP from the handheld to another platform.

What I am trying to find out is what each of the hex settings in this key do, and why this particular setting causes me problems.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
