I've been doing computer support (help desk survivor and one-on-one stuff) for 10+ years... and I'm still sane. I work so I can pay for my passion of aviation and flying as much as possible.My fiancee and I share an apartment in North York but until I get transferred or find a job in the area I'm working in Ottawa. The anguish of the commute =)I'm looking forward to learning more about unattended Windows XP setups and adding software to the installer. This site is an amazing resource...
