hougtimo
Hi,I run Windows 2003 on my PC, and since I have 2gb of RAM I do not have a pageing file, and everything runs fine with no problems, I have been running it like this for about 6 months. But when loading photoshop, i get a message saying "Windows is running without a paging file, and does improve performance and adobe reckons i should set up a proper one etc......." I AM NOT however going to setup a paging file, and while Photoshop does work properly and everything, the message is just annoying. Dpes anybody know anyway of suppressing it??thanksHougTimo
enternaL
As far as I know, there is no way to disable it. You could create the smallest paging file possible, which is 2MB I believe. I haven't messed with Photoshop in years, but I think Photoshop will continue to complain unless it's >16MB.
