How did you make the ISO? NTLDR is needed on hard drives and CDs emulating hard drives. Your Windows CD should be set to no emulation and boots to I386\SETUPLDR.BIN.

druiddk , yes .. i made other version of windows and boot from it but the CD is damage so i try to make other version of other sp1 and i put sp2 with it . with the program .

Bezalel , about making the iso i didn't do anything i use copy option and point to source CD and the program move it to temp , and also put SP2 exe file and the program Nlite copy all in temp so i just run it and final step i make iso .. and it's say press any key to boot from CD . and i press i got this message ...

CDBOOT: Couldn't find NTLDR

what i have to do with this >> " I386\SETUPLDR.BIN. "

i could not found this file anyway

but i found something look like it SETUPLDR.EX_

don't know maybe compressed one

You need to disable ISO9660 file versions, in Nero you need to do a registry setting:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\General\AddISOFileVersion

Set the value to 0 (zero).

Newer version of Nero have an option in the "ISO" page, Relax ISO Restictions, Enable "Do not add ';1' ISO file version extensions.
