Unable to Install Nero 7

Okay, I downloaded Nero-7.0.1.4b_eng_no_yt.exe, and ran it. At the FIRST screen of the installer, I tried to click Next to continue setup but nothing happened. I checked my Task Manager( currently using Sysinternal's Process Explorer ) and I saw "msiexec.exe" appearing and ended in an instant while clicking the Next button several times. Is there a solution for this ?

EDIT : Alright, its working now.. after running Windows Update and installing the Windows Installer 3.1 update.
