Nucleus Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 First time I run one of Office 2003 components, I get the attached window, asking me if I want to participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program. Is there a way to unattendedly disable that? Thanks
C.RAZY Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 (edited) At last I get a chance to give back to the community For turning it off, use the following reg file after installing:REGEDIT4[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common]"QMEnable"=dword:00000000And if you want to disable the "Online content" too, add the following to it:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\Internet]"UseOnlineContent"=dword:00000000"ShowSpotlight"=dword:00000000[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\Assistant]"CurrAsstState"=-At least at my install, that works!(And because I love the following smiley, I insert it randomly here: )Greetings,C.RAZY Edited December 24, 2005 by C.RAZY
