benohit Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 (sorry for my english)hello !!!i'm a network administrator, and i've got problems on computers : here it is :a computer ( with windows xp home installed on it ) infected by an "unknown" (by me) virus can't resolve dns addresses anymore...When i try to ping www.google.fr or any fqdn address, it doesn't seem to find it,but it pings ip adresses like my router : 192.168.1.1... or public addresses too...Anyone knows about this i how could i disinfect this computer please ? i installed the Windows XP SP2 on it and it runs AVG as an antivirus... it was scanned with avast too, but the problem is still here...
