ADSL Internet Connection

Congratulation to this great site and to you people. I have learned a lot in the last past weeks (mainly from this site, the rest from other internet sites). My DVD installation is working fine but there are a couple of things that need to be fine tuned. Here are my questions?

1) Is it possible to unattend the setup of my adsl internet connection (username, password).

2) Regional Settings (languages): I need to install English (US) and Spanish (Argentina) and the latter as default in the language bar. As i tried to follow the examples I found, I am using the following in winnt.sif:

[RegionalSettings]

LanguageGroup=1

SystemLocale=00000409

UserLocale=00000409

InputLocale=0409:00000409

I am not sure how to change it. Any hint
