Question about Icon Packager program.

Does this program make direct changes to the Shell32.dll and Explorer.exe files? Or does it create its own files and just change the system to point to the new ones?

Before I install it, I'd like to know the extent of what it will do to my system. Thanks.

No, it seem not change the ícons within the file. Microangelo does.
