Refreshing GPO's problem

Hi i have some problem with group policies the new computer what im adding to the OU is trying to install objects which i already delated befor joining to a domain this comuter

i did this same with other computer and every thing was fine the GPO's loaded propely with out any problem .

im not sure maby its bc its still have signed in this name of computer but i deleted it from Active Directory

i reinstalled system in desperation moments and now after new instalation is doing this same have got any one some ideas why ????

Are you saying that group policy objects that you have deleted are being applied to this new computer, after it has joined your domain?
