Isn't this the Win98SE Unofficial Service Pack Forum anymore?

Isn't this the Win98SE Unofficial Service Pack Forum anymore?

It's a great forum and Gape has been totally brilliant (and I have made a donation

in appreciation) but having posts to do with WindowsME and SE2ME modifications

is distracting.

Many of us are just interested in updating and optimising Win98SE, I suggest.

I would suggest that these other things be dealt with in a separate forum. :)

yeah... either this subforum should be renamed, or more should be created...

Renamed: Unofficial Win9x Service Packs

OR

Unofficial Windows 98 Gold/SE Service Pack & Unofficial Windows Me Service Pack & Unofficial Win9x Mods

I'd rather have it all in one place, as it's very convienient... and there's really not too many projects going on to justify separate subforums for them.

I like that idea, maybe rename to "Unofficial Win9x Service Packs/Mod projects", which widens the scope a little to allow for things like NUSB and specific OS component hacking (like the Notepad hacks).

I've also noticed over time that many threads in this sub-forum don't directly relate to *any* service pack - maybe they could be moved out to the 9x forum to keep things more relevant here.

Cheers.
