slippery_dogg Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 I have created a Server 2003 CD with SP1 and the drivers. The issue is the drives are Raid. How do I make it load the Raid drivers in the beginning. If I do a manula install you hit F2 and have the drivers on a floppy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

slippery_dogg Posted November 29, 2005 Author Posted November 29, 2005 I did use nLite and created an unattended install with SP1 and the drivers. The problem is is does not load the drivers first. If you boot off a normal Server 2003 CD it will say in the beginning hit F2 to load Raid or SCSI drivers. When you create an unattended install it doesn't hit F2 and load my SCSI drivers. It fails because it does not see the drives.
mmarable Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 You're going to have to integrate the RAID drivers using the TXTSetup method.http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/drivers/raid.htm
Sonic Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 You can't install others drivers by pressing F6 if you have modified winnt.sif PnPpath ... because setup will search on specified folder only ...
