Synapse Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 not sure about the no boot screen... are you using a custom ntoskrnl.exe file?as for framedyn.dll.. i had this problem as well, either find the framedyn.dll file you have somewhere in your windows folder, or download it from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?framedyn (don't think the version or language matters)if you wish to put it on your unattended CD.. put it in $OEM$\$$\System32\WBEM (the .dll not the .zip)this will auto copy the file to %windir%\System32\WBEM\ and you won't run into the problem again.since your running into the error right now, you can copy the dll to %windir%\System32\WBEM\ and that should solve the problem.

Synapse Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 i just found this: http://unattended.msfn.org/advanced/cosmetics/bootscreen.htmit may help you in making your bootscreen unattended. although i'm not sure since i've never done this.. it seems pretty straight forward though.i'm also not sure about which file gets used, doing a search of my I386 folder for ntoskrnl brought back 3 results.1. I386\ntoskrnl.ex_ (compressed file..)2. I386\Driver.cab\ntoskrnl.exe3. I386\SP1.cab\ntoskrnl.exei'm sure another member here will have more info.

muiz Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 framedyn.dll error means bad integrated hotfixes , or u used nlite
DREHER_MASTER Posted November 30, 2005 Author Posted November 30, 2005 yepi used nlite---why nlite make this error to occur?why i make that error ?do i have to make the hotfixes to an 8.3 name character?an .exe?i just bring them all into the isothanx muiz
RyanVM Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 framedyn.dll errors occur when sysoc.inf doesn't execute properly. Either there's a typo in sysoc.inf or one of the INFs being called by it (which causes it to stop executing)
DREHER_MASTER Posted November 30, 2005 Author Posted November 30, 2005 (edited) oknow i past the dll into $OEM$\$$\System32\WBEM folder..i re-installand all goes perfectit is ok?something i cant make happend is to use my perzonalized boot windowsi used boot editor to make all the progressi make all like the program says, but theres something im missingbut i dont know whatany idea?
