jfmartel
Hello all!Another question for unattended application setup.Ok so here it is:Right now I'm working on a couple project with MSI/MST with GPO.Some application are completly configured the way I want with only a MST applied to the MSI.But some application are not. That is the case with QuickTime 7 wich I've been able to run it in GPO. The thing is I want to apply some settings (reg key) for this application.Working only with Orca for now, is there any way to import registry key with Orca or any other FREE msi tool. Thanks! redfive19
I am pretty sure this IS possible. If you use Wise or Installshield, you can do this. Now, don't take this as gospel since I have admittedly little experience with either but I HAVE created MST's and remember options to add or subtract reg entries. jfmartel
After trying several thing over the last week on this. I've found that:When the subkey folder created with the installer, i can add registry key without a problem. When subkey are created with the installer, there are no error when installing, but the key isnt created...And of course, the key I want to add is in a subkey where the installer has created other registry key....Ill try more shortly....
