Eudora 7

Featured Replies

Hello,

I'm trying to get an unattended installation of the new Eudora 7.

I've tried so far two solution: the autoit and the answer file created with the "-r" switch

Here is my setup.iss file:

Now the problem with both installation process (autoit and answer file) is that the installation does not create the mail folder is the user profile (application data folder). It create the mailboxes in the installation program file (i.e. c:\program files\qualcomm\eudora), wich is annoying because our system use a lot of profile on the same computer.

I'd like to know also how ti integrate how serial/licence code in it too.

Thanks all for your help!

Any solution found for this yet? I'm trying to accomplish the same feat, including the registration as well.

No. I passed this one for now... working on other installation. Are you working with GPO?

Autoit Eudora Pro 7.0+

icondownloadproductlargeani3ar.gifInstall on C: drive > Program Files > Qualcomm > Eudora

icondownloadproductlargeani3ar.gifInstall on D: drive > Eudora

Note: Eudora setup file must be renamed to setup.exe

Failure to change the name of the installer from qualcomm will result

in an error.

Could you tell more about the option you selected in the setup process? Screenshot? Location of the mail folder (program file/application data)?

Thanks!
