I'm talking about the one on top,not the one on bottom that everyone changes

I want to change the microsoft computer screen.

i may be wrong but i think you wanna do this

in the system32 folder find the control panel file named "SYSDM.CPL"

use ResHack and replace the two bitmaps.

KEEP A COPY OF THE ORIGIANL FILE .

if iam right replace the hacked file through safe mode

Hey,can you tell me why the internet explorer small bitmap changes easy but changing the larger one doesn't work. I got the registry location and, I used the 38x38 size but it still won't work. any suggestions?
