BigDaddy
Whenever my notebook runs on battery the BATTERY icon in the SYSTEM TRAY(next to the clock) is not updated in real-time. I have to double click it, 4 it to get updated. How could I resolve this?Using nLited slipstreamed Win2k w/USP5 RC1

cluberti
Was the installation source modified in any way before Windows was installed on the laptop? Also, are we talking about a third-party battery monitor, or the built-in Windows "power" icon?

cluberti
Looks clean to me, at least regarding this issue - does the same problem occur when the laptop is installed from a clean Windows source?
BigDaddy
Looks clean to me, at least regarding this issue - does the same problem occur when the laptop is installed from a clean Windows source?Always wondered that myself, I quess I will have to try it sometime. But I doubt anytime soon. Since my primary OS on the laptop now is UBUNTU LINUX. Have decided to throw myself at LINUX.
