help everyone i kinda need some help here

i need to know the information and solution about a pop-up window at my desktop

A good start to an answer would be to not only let us know when and how this happens, but what application is causing it and what operating system and service pack you are running..

Off hand it looks like an error I used to get with a crappy piece of home grown software I used to test and an sql error

i get this problem after 2 days i formatted my computer.

i not really sure how it get to be like that.

can you tell what error is it?

i try to scan wether it has spyware or not,but it doesn't have spyware on my compuer

i do not use sql server or anything

This error usually comes-up with due to a program made under Visual Basic. It is also known to be caused by Ms-Word.

but my ms word is very ok

this problem start since i installed Mathon,and now i have uninstall it,but it still have the problem
