Aaron Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 WinRAR imo..Was that decision based on the popularity of the format? I don't use WinACE myself now, but did find in a couple of tests in the past that it compressed a further 5-20mb than WinRAR, it varies depending on what you're compressing.
Doggie Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 i use it because i find it compresses files a hell lot more smaller.. and because of the fact i got q3 dir which is over 400mg+ and rared it to around 90-150mb.. thats over 60% compression.. thats why
