User Account Made Automatically

I just checked my user accounts today and found something called "ASP.NET Machine A..." as a user...Does anyone know how this could have been created and why it has that name?

windows makes loads of user accounts for itself, it's more than likely nothing but you can check to see when it last logged in and what it did through the logs
