if you have any password cracking tools to hand get the file c:\windows\repair\sam and get to work on it

windows makes loads of user accounts for itself, it's more than likely nothing but you can check to see when it last logged in and what it did through the logs

you can have a look from home what updates you nee, write them down and then from work go to download.microsoft.com and manually download them, take them home and install them. I dont know how you'll get them home from work unless you have a cdrw or zip drive at work
