Headley Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Hi everyone, first post here, so pls be gentle! I am the owner of an office 2003 Standard volume license product key, but i am not the owner of Office 2003 Standard (as in, the physical disks).Where can i download/get the actual Office data i need? Am under the thumb a bit as i need to deploy Office 2003 onto a fair number of systems soon.I have tried the trial version of Office Standard, but won't accept the VL key when i choose to upgrade the trial to a full version.Help please! Thanks,Nick.
chilifrei64 Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 get the disk from the person who has it since you are the owner of it now.
Headley Posted November 2, 2005 Author Posted November 2, 2005 Umm, it's a brand new copy, and we purchased it, but it only came with the license... looks like we have to give them a call
chilifrei64 Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Then you will have to order new media from the supplier you purchased the VLK from.
WasatchSoftware Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 If you own a valid Open License or Volume License agreement you can call Microsoft and they'll send the media to you for $28. The phone number is 800-248-0655. Make sure you have your license authorization and license agreement numbers handy. Hope this helps! Thanks,Spencer FergusonWasatch SoftwareMicrosoft Software Licensing Expertsspencer@wasatchsoftware.com
