How about a category on Microsoft licensing? I field questions all day on this topic, so I know it will be of interest to many others out there. IT people often have to be just as concerned about licensing as they do about making everything work. I, for one, would be an avid participant in such a category. Thanks!

If you own a valid Open License or Volume License agreement you can call Microsoft and they'll send the media to you for $28. The phone number is 800-248-0655. Make sure you have your license authorization and license agreement numbers handy. Hope this helps! Unfortunately, OEM software has licensing limitations. An OEM license for Office 2003 or any other Microsoft product can only be used on the computer it originally comes with. If that computer dies for any reason, the license dies also. I might suggest purchasing a retail version. I hope this is helpful!
