zaper
Here's the deal !I have a "slimmed" version of Windows XP Pro SP2... I was Mauritius before, where I was using my US-type keyboard, so i think when i used nLite back then, I configured my XP CD only for US keyboards... Now I'm in France with an "AZERTY type" keyboard but with my XP installation, i just can't use it... Even in the "Regional Settings" thingy, the France (Standard) layout is absent ! So if anyone has a solution for my problem please help ! In fact i'm searching for a way to add the < French (Standard) keyboard layout > to my current installed Windows XP Pro SP2 !!! Thx in advance

Sonic
You can remake your unattented cd just with changing Winnt.sif and replace the Regional section ...[RegionalSettings] LanguageGroup=1 SystemLocale=0000040c UserLocale=0000040c InputLocale=040c:0000040c
zaper
Okm I made a new CD as you said Sonic, but do I need to completely format my hard disk to intall it ? Or can I do something else ?
Sonic
You must reformat ... Silent reinstallation/repair of existing windows doesn't exist ...
