HTPC video card recommendation

Ok, I'm looking for a 1/2 height PCI card that will do:

NTSC and HDTV (1080i) output from the PC via Svideo and DVI.

Has good driver support for XP including dual monitor and 'stretched' multi-monitor desktop. The ability to take output from a media player and run it full screen is important.

Video in/capture *or* CATV in (tuner and/or PVR) is NOT required. These are nice to have features, won't say no, but input isn't the point. Good output is.

The form factor of 1/2 height is a pretty solid requirement due to the chassis/mobo combination I'm using to build the HTPC.

As an alternative, I'd take a serious look at a USB 2.0 device with the needed tech capabilities.
