Application installs from DVD

I am trying to create a DVD with application installs using WPI.

I have copied all the CDs to indiviual directories in the Install directory. I currently am calling all the setup programs by using the following:

cmd /c start /b notepad.exe serial.txt (as needed)

cmd /c start /wait /b "Program"

I am not wanting to have the programs install silently as I have different registration info for the different PCs that I install the software on.

My question is, is this the best way to be doing this or is there a more streamlined way to get this done?

Any help would be greatly appretiated.
