what is Activity Monitoring

what is Workstations Monitoring

And

How to use Bandwith,Activity,workstations.

Only i know remote monitoring.please give helpfull suggestions to me.

To monitor the amount of traffic to and from locations, networks or computers in a time interval

Is the server active? and here it could be if it is active on the network
