Creating My Win XP SP2 v2.0 Slipstreamed CD

Hey guys,

This is my first post - yay!

Anyway, I've got my WinXP disc here with SP2 slipstreamed (Ss) onto it. I've d/led ALL the post WinXp SP2 hotfixes and updates from the MS website and I've integrated them into the CD image using nLite (v1.0 RC1). I've also integrated my SATA drivers (Silicon Image 3112) and tweaked the services and options etc. in nLite.

Now what I want to be able to do is Ss WMP10 and MSN Messenger v7.5 into this disc. Are either of these possible to do?

To Ss WMP10 on my old CD, I used this guide:

http://www.short-media.com/review.php?r=284&p=7

And while it works PERFECTLY, I lose mp3 ripping capabilities in WMP10 by doing so (it says this will happen in the guide and I've confirmed that it does)

So it their a better way to Ss WMP10 into the WinXP disc?

Also is it even possible to Ss MSN v7.5 into the disc swell?

Thanks kindly in advance, :D

^^^Does that method work if my CD is NOT an unattented setup (i.e: Has been SP2 and hotfix Ss but still requires user input for CD key etc.)?

I tried that method and these are the steps I took:

1) Ran the Slipstreamer_v3.exe and followed the instructions in the "Howto.txt" file.

2) Waited until it said slipstreaming done. It did say this.

3) I extracted the files in "newwmp.rar" to my I386 root folder (minus the .cat files) and overwrote any files that is asked

So is that it? Was the above method correct^^^ in ensurring WMP10 is Ss into my WinX Pro SP2 CD?

Can i now burn it to a cd using Nero?

BTW is there anyway to Ss MSN v7.5 into my WinXP Pro Sp2 CD???

Thanks soooo much guys for your help, I really do appreciate it :)
