Arvetus Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 (edited) I am experimenting with some Server 2003 SBE stuff. I have enabled the FTP server for transfering files back and forth. I had it working at one time, but now I'm having a problem uploading files just out of the blue. I've check the permissions, and everything looks ok. Here's the error I get:An error occured while copying files to the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server.Details:200 Type set to I227 Entering Passive Mode ([server IP address], 23,12).550 Access is deniedAll the permissions look fine. I've even given my personal username "full access," along with the group that I belong to. Any other things I should look for? I've even went as far as re-installing the OS from scratch. Thanks for any help. Edited October 12, 2005 by Arvetus
aspenjim Posted October 16, 2005 Posted October 16, 2005 I get the same thing, also out of the blue. I'm using WS 2003 and have set the permissions to anonymous and I can get in some times and others I can't. I also can access it with RDC on some PC's and not others.
Arvetus Posted October 16, 2005 Author Posted October 16, 2005 (edited) I have no clue...I'm going to try a re-install when I get time...I can't even copy to shared folders from a client PC. It's weird as heck. Edited October 16, 2005 by Arvetus
