i was just finished my blog as http://elrobnet.blogspot.com/

can i give it a domain name such as www.xXxXxXxX.tk ,(.com) or anything

is it possible?

yes ofcourse... .tk is just a referrer so if you start elrob.tk and link it to your blog its fixed
