trouble installing Business Contact Manager

Not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but couldn't find any other place that made more sense.

I've been trying to use B usiness contact Manager that comes with Office 2003, but can't get it to work.

I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it is still unavailable to me.

Though I have put it in, it does not appear in the All Programs section as an executable file. The Business Contact Manager tab appears, but the only two options in the drop down menu are help and tours.

How can I get this working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
