  1. I have a great number of contacts in Business Contact Manager. Just recently, when I attempt to access those contacts I get a message that says: Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form That's the only information I get and I have no idea what steps to take to get this working again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. HELP!!!!! I am seriously desperate. I have been using Outlook for years, probably more than a decade, and have never encountered anything vaguely like this. My contacts list numbered somewhere in excess of 600, but when I tried using Outlook 2003 this morning, I found I have a total of 29 contacts remaining. The only thing I can think of that I did the could have even remotely been responsible would be that yesterday (for the first time) used the "By Follow Up Flag" from the "Current View" menu. I have switched back to the "Address Cards" view, but it doesn't bring my lost contacts back. I have checked the View area and no filters are set and I am at a loss as to what happened and how to get my contacts back. These are business adn personal contacts that I have accumulated over years and I will be in serious trouble if I cannot find a way to restore them. Any help would be genuinely appreciated.
  3. I'd like to add a field to my contact card view. In particular, I would like to add a field I'll call Mail Name, that I use when creating a label for an entire family as opposed to the individual. I'd like to have this field available on all of my contacts including those that already exist, and I'd like it to be visible, preferably just below the mailing address box. Is there any way I can do this? I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003.
  4. Not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but couldn't find any other place that made more sense. I've been trying to use B usiness contact Manager that comes with Office 2003, but can't get it to work. I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it is still unavailable to me. Though I have put it in, it does not appear in the All Programs section as an executable file. The Business Contact Manager tab appears, but the only two options in the drop down menu are help and tours. How can I get this working? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. I've recently gotten a new computer and with it, new software. I'm using Windows XP and Outlook and more times than not, when I try to send e-mail, I get "Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied" message. Has anyone experienced a similar problem. The addresses I am using are good, but I keep getting this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
