Windows has the following and I did some research but not clear on what it means or if I need it

ntoskrnl=non acpi processor kernel

ntkrpamp=acpi multiprocessor kernel

ntkrnlmp=non acpi multiprocessor kernel

ntkrnlpa=acpi processor kernel

Do I need all the above in the cd? What if any ill effects when each are removed? Any performance gains by removing each?

I wouldn't remove them. I would edit them.

Come on...An NT OS kernel that can change bootscreen appearance upon ACPI/MPS detection...That could be fun. Especially in an environment with several unique computers using the same OS kernel. :w00t:

OK cause I plan on putting a different logo in it. Some of these files are also in driver cab.

If I delete these from driver cab do I need to edit driver inf?

And for the logo change do I need to put the logo in all 4 files for it to work?

If you delete these files, then most likely yes.

And for the logo change do I need to put the logo in all 4 files for it to work?

Are you making a new bootscreen or something that actually changes upon detection? =/
