sektor1952 Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Hey anyone here know of a way to remove the offline files tab and disabling the functionality, because we don't need it here.
InTheWayBoy Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I too would like to know what people do here...currently my domain is setup with several GPO's that are supposed to disable Offline Files...yet it's still enabled on quite a few. Any tips on permanently disabling them on the client? Thanx!
sektor1952 Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 or at least disabling by default with the option of re-enabling, incase.
matthewk Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I am interested in this too (just disabling/removing tab all together). Thanks

Takeshi Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetCacheNoConfigCache: DWORD=1(You'll find this setting in GP).
