barcoding inventory systems

i need some suggestions of barcoding computer inventory systems, preferrably oine that where you can enter the model info and it will print it's own barcode, with a a wireless barcode scanner. thx

I'm not sure if this will be applicable to your situation but we use MMS at my work. Stands for Material Management System, runs on a good ol A/S 400. We have inventory locations, POs, receiving, barcoding, sales, the works. It is an enterprise class system, not sure how big of a system you want. Someone else may be able to recommend something smaller.
