Lost .MST, just have shrunk exe., can get config?

Is it possible to pull out the .mst configurations from the shrank office file? I lost my mst and don't remember all the configs I had for each app.

If you have WinRAR or 7-zip installed, either of these

application will extract the files from the shrunken office package.
