Install CD?

I was just wondering if it is possible to create a cd that has all programs on the cd the would auto run and install? Can I just throw a whole bunch of programs/drivers on a cd and and have them autorun and install when i put in the disc. Just cuz i hate putting so many different discs and s*** in and trying to locate programs....

but most imoortantly, use nilte, that forum is here too. that allows you to make it so that you can boot from the xp cd then walk away, then come back in an hour and xp will be all installed.

You can do all that without nLite... but it's a bit harder...
