Hey everyone,

could someone tell me how to have my windows xp cd key inserted automatically into the windows setup so I dont have to insert the key everytime I install windows.

or at least point me to the correct post regarding instructions for how to do it.

A file called Winnt.sif is added into the I386 directory. It is an answer file that windows setup accesses to get retrieve preset data to automate the installation process. Using Deployment tools cab from Microsoft has all the information for creating answer files and the link below shows information also.

sometimes i wonder what we would be missing if search engins vanished

i just spent the last 40 minutes using the search engine trying to find the ansewer to my question. I run a forums site myself and dont like it when people dont use the search feature to search for a question that has been posted in the past. so i try to use it when im looking for a question on someones site.
