Internet Explorer is a bit dodgy with favicons, but using another browser such as Phoenix, it appears straight away. :)

Is it just me, or did the favicon just change. Like today. I couldn't find any announcements or anything searching for "favicon" here...

It now looks like the windows flag but it's not wavy, it's square and rotated like a diamond.

Look here... it is new, isn't it? When was this done? By who? Why? I like it. What was the old one supposed to mean? Why the new one?
