In 1942 Enrico Fermi initiated the first self-sustaining nuclear reaction. That eventually led to the atomic bomb. We all know what's happened since then, good and bad.

There's no way to prevent a useful invention like WPI, or nuclear fission, from being used for nefarious purposes. It's up to responsible people to turn away from the bad and toward the good.
